The production process is as follows: steel billet → heating → rough rolling → finishing rolling → straightening → bundling → warehousing.
The company’s UIC33 grooved guard rail steel is protected by four invention patents and is of excellent quality. It has been designated as the exclusive manufacturer for high-speed railway guard rail steel by the Ministry of Railways. The UIC33 grooved guard rail steel and railway turnout rolled plates have obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and CRCC certification from the Ministry of Railways. The company has developed a range of flagship products, including guard rail steel, railway turnout rolled plates, and elevator guide rails.
