The raw materials for production are sourced from the tartary buckwheat grown in Liangshan Prefecture. They are carefully selected from the high-altitude cold regions at 2,500 meters, far from industrial pollution. The raw buckwheat is bitter when eaten raw, with a high content of dietary fiber.
