The company mainly engages in the production, sales and import and export of various types of cement poles and accessory components r required for high and low voltage transmission and transformation lines, urban and rural power grid renovation, post and telecommunications, and electrified railways. After two decades of mature and stable development, the company has become one of the most complete enterprises in the cement products industry in the southwest region, with an annual production and sales volume ranking among the top three.

The company's series of cement poles have been registered under the trademark "Dedian". It is a vice president unit of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Jingyang District, Deyang City, a contract-abiding and creditworthy enterprise in Sichuan Province, a major taxpayer, and a caring unit for poor students.
