C18700 (Lead Copper) is a free-cutting copper alloy containing 0.8–1.5% lead and ≥98% copper, offering a rare combination of high electrical conductivity (≥90% IACS), excellent machinability, and wear resistance. Available in rods, plates, bars, tubes, and custom shapes, it complies with ASTM B140/B301 and GB/T 5231 standards and supports tight tolerance control with HRB 40–80 hardness.
Application Areas:
C18700 is widely used in bearings, bushings, valve seats, and guide components for heavy equipment, marine propulsion systems, hydraulic pumps, and power generation turbines—where anti-friction, thermal stability, and dimensional accuracy are essential.
